Until recently, Paul R. Bynum was an Executive Broker with Coldwell Banker Faucette Real Estate in Northwest Arkansas. He was the Director of Education, Database Master, and resident number cruncher since 1999.

Since 1992 Paul has collected, analyzed and reported data of Northwest Arkansas. His charts and graphs have been used by hundreds of agents to understand the market and to give their presentations a professional touch.

He is presently the owner , director and Principal Broker of Mount Data; a company that collects, analyzes, and teaches real estate data. He works with both agents and brokers to define and accomplish their real estate goals. Mount Data also does research and software development geared toward understanding the real estate market in depth. He has gathered insights into the local markets that are unheard of, and unpublished by any other known source. Paul knows the real estate market.

Paul graduated from Los Angeles City College with a degree in Mathematics and the receiver of the coveted “Distinguished Mathematics Award” for his outstanding work. He has taught college level mathematics and computer science both to students and adults seeking to enrich their careers.

Author of "Charting Your Success - The use of charts and graphs in real estate." A book that not only presents scores of charts and graphs for use in listing and buyer presentations, but stands as first-rate real estate training for agents wanting to rise to the very top of their career.

National Coldwell Banker Trainer. He helped develop courses for Coldwell Banker.

Educational Director for the Northwest Arkansas region of Coldwell Banker Faucette real estate. Besides having taught both pre-licensing real estate courses and continuing education courses, he designed and trained top Coldwell Banker Agents in advanced sales techniques. His courses are designed to soar agents to the very heights of their achievement.

Paul “walks the talk” having been one of the top agents in the State of Arkansas before working as trainer and statistician for Coldwell Banker Faucette. He has won numerous awards, a lifetime member of the “Multi-Million Dollar” club, is the holder of the CRS designation and hold the e-pro designation given by the National Association of Realtors.

Paul developed, worked, and was successful in creating the largest geographical farm area ever attempted in Northwest Arkansas. It consisted of 37 subdivisions and over 900 homes.

It was in the capacity of being a top agent that Paul began his current passion for real estate database analysis. He has collected and gathered a database going back 25 years. He currently supplies over 100 different and monthly updated charts and graphs for Northwest Arkansas for use in presentations and to enhance real estate market knowledge.

Paul has a rare combination of gifts-he is a first rate trainer and educator knowing how people learn, retain and process knowledge.
